Launched the Eden Housing Maintenance University Training Center (EMU)
to deliver hands-on technical training for maintenance staff and a leadership development
program for managers focused on coaching, performance management and neutral
leadership

- Focused on growing new talent in the industry with Project Destined and other internship programs
